Pilot Company is seeking an Internal Audit Intern to join our Knoxville, Tennessee team for the summer of 2027. You will participate in audits, evaluate policies for compliance, and identify improvement opportunities while gaining hands-on corporate experience.

You'll work with Excel and Tableau to analyze data, support store audits (travel costs covered), and potentially own a project that delivers measurable impact for the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
• Experience with audit concepts or sampling is a plus.
• Interest in process design or industrial design is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audits and review policies for compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with store audits; travel may be required and travel costs are covered.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world corporate processes and policies.
