U.S. Bank is offering a 10-week Internal Audit Internship designed to expose students to the audit process in both Finance/Banking and Digital/ Technology. You will assist in planning engagements, identifying risks, and documenting work to support conclusions.

You’ll gain risk awareness through mentorship, training, and hands-on practice with senior auditors across CAS. The program emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• As an Internal Audit Intern, assist with planning audit engagements and identifying risks and controls.
• Support testing and documentation to support audit conclusions.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate management controls and develop risk insights.
• Learn CAS policies, IIA standards, and apply coaching from mentors.
• Contribute to community and professional development activities.
