Job summary

Oceaneering invites a paid Summer Internship in Internal Audit in Houston, TX. You will assist on audit projects testing internal controls, both business process and IT controls, under the guidance of a mentor.

This program runs from early June to early August, designed to accelerate your career with exposure to a global energy leader. Eligible students must be in 3rd or 4th year and maintain a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Copilot.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

This is a paid Summer Internship Program (early June to early August). As an intern with our Internal Audit group, you’ll a ssist with participating in audit projects to test internal controls, both business process and IT controls in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You’ll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to learn ‘real world’ experience and accelerate your career by working with a leader in the oil and gas, aerospace, and entertainment industries.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Office, and Co-Pilot
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation or housing assistance is being offered
