Qualifications

• Graduation of a four-year college or university with degree in accounting.
• CPA, Preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of government accounting and budgeting is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to train staff on software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Director with budget records, ledgers and books of account.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as needed.
• Assist with forecasting, cash flow analysis and financial research.
• Ensure proper processing and posting of receipts and disbursements.
• Support annual audit preparation and internal controls.
• Collaborate with unit managers to resolve financial operational issues.
