Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or financial investigations
• Experience in financial services, trading surveillance, AML, or regulatory compliance preferred
• Certifications (ACAMS, CPA, CIA) or progress toward certification a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders
• Experience with data, reporting tools, or process improvement beneficial

Responsibilities

• Execute audits across full lifecycle: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting
• Test internal controls for policy compliance and MAR guidance
• Analyze data, client activity, and processes to identify risks
• Document workpapers supporting findings and conclusions
• Identify control weaknesses, compliance risks, and propose recommendations
• Collaborate with business units to gather information and support audit
• Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risks in financial services and insurance
• Contribute to data-driven audit techniques and continuous improvement
