Capital Group is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst Senior (Technology) in Irvine to independently evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of the company’s control environment across complex technology domains. • Experience performing technology audits across domains such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI, IAM, SDLC, vulnerability management, change management, and platform management.
• Ability to develop high-quality audit documentation including risk/control matrices, test plans, workpapers and evidence-based conclusions.
• Experience testing design and operating effectiveness of controls for medium- to high-complexity processes with risk-based testing.
• Experience using data analytics to identify trends, anomalies and risk insights in large data sets.
• Ability to identify audit findings, make practical recommendations and communicate opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Experience monitoring and validating remediation plans through completion.
• Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills for senior management and governance committees.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborates across global teams.
