Job summary

Maverik is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Idaho. This full-time role is cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store, with starting pay $18.50/hr to $20.50/hr and eligibility for a bonus program.

You will lead a team, coach Team Members, and help run daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll join a company that values service, teamwork, and accountability, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the store network.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety certification must be obtained and maintained as required by state/local jurisdiction.

• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
