Job summary

Maverik in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) to help lead the team, support daily store operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll coach Team Members, manage shifts, and ensure service standards across Food Service and Front-of-Store.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Assistant Manager (Operations)

Starting pay: $17.95 - $19.95/hr. with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
