Job summary

TENEX is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to build and scale TENEX's internal AI platform. You will partner with teams to surface needs, shape the platform roadmap, and deliver with high velocity. This role focuses on internal tooling, governance, and secure AI usage, with emphasis on Claude-based workflows.

You will work across functions, writing docs, training sessions, and enabling colleagues to be more AI-native. Remote Friday optional in hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Python preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve TENEX's internal AI platform across teams.
• Surface needs and shape the internal AI platform roadmap.
• Own and execute a published roadmap with predictable delivery.
• Maintain and expand the internal AI work companion.
