Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
• Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
• Provide bid packages to contractors.
• Conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.

The salary range for this full-time role is $26.15-$33.14 per hour. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
