Itron is seeking a Treasury Intern to support cash management, forecasting, and monthly closings, gaining hands-on experience in corporate treasury within a global enterprise. The role emphasizes Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.

The internship runs 40 hours per week during Summer 2027, with a May/June start and August/September end, located in Liberty Lake, WA, offering hybrid work with 2 on-site days per week.

Qualificações

• Education: enrolled in an accredited and related degree program with completion of at least two years of college-level coursework (Finance, Accounting or related)
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, functions)
• Professional workplace communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate treasury

Responsabilidades

• Support cash management, cash positioning and cashflow forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly closing requirements
• Coordinate in the review of Treasury procedures to remove redundancies and increase efficiencies
• Assist in the monitoring of bank charges database to identify and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the Treasury system analysts on data comparison and validation
• Contribute to Treasury team projects
• Assist the front and back office with spot trades, intercompany netting and balance sheet hedging
• Assist in the monitoring of processes related to the Treasury Management System (e.g., bank statement flows, payment file movements)

This Intern - Treasury position provides finance students with the opportunity to learn, grow their experience, and contribute to the field of corporate treasury in a global multinational enterprise.

The ideal candidate will be preparing for a career in corporate treasury and will have experience using Microsoft Suite software applications.

Duration:

40 hours per week during summer 2027. The target start is May/June, and the internship concludes August/September, depending on student's academic schedule.

This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

This position will be tied to our Liberty Lake, WA location with hybrid work flexibility of 2 days on-site per week.

Liberty Lake, WA: $15.87 - $44.23 per hour
