Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively support and drive forward the development of ongoing project initiatives within the treasury department.
• Assist Constellation's cash management team to improve processes and reports using different technologies (e.g. AI, macros, etc.).
• Lead efforts to streamline file enhancements for financial reporting, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the debt capital markets team efforts in share repurchase strategy, interest rate hedging, macroeconomic analysis and other projects.
• Coordinate data collection and provide the analysis needed to issue updated rate guidance for the business.
• Learn and support Constellation's market risk management strategy and execution.
• Attend meetings with external and internal business partners to learn and understand current and future market trends and their impacts to Constellation.
• Use Bloomberg to support market data research, perform risk analysis, and assist in streamlining efficiency.
• Drive business results through collaboration with internal departments and external counterparties.

Job Description

This position will support market risk and capital structure functions within Treasury. The responsibilities, noted below, will be a mix of strategic project-based work and supporting day-to-day activities. This individual will have the opportunity to learn about Constellation's Treasury function and gain valuable experience working with a best-in-class organization.

Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is:

$19.00- $29.50 an hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
