Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a finance-oriented intern to support market risk and capital structure functions in Treasury. You’ll contribute to strategic projects, assist cash management, and help streamline reporting processes while learning the treasury function in a leading consumer goods company.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Finance or Economics degree, with strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of Bloomberg; experience in financial modeling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree candidate in Finance or Economics.
• Strong working knowledge of finance, economics and general business.
• Experience/understanding of Bloomberg preferred.
• Experience in financial modeling/business analytics is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Description This position will support market risk and capital structure functions within Treasury. The responsibilities, noted below, will be a mix of strategic project-based work and supporting day-to-day activities. This individual will have the opportunity to learn about Constellation’s Treasury function and gain valuable experience working with a best-in-class organization.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and drive forward the development of ongoing project initiatives within the treasury department
• Assist Constellation’s cash management team to improve processes and reports using different technologies (e.g. AI, macros, etc.)
• Lead efforts to streamline file enhancements for financial reporting, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy
• Support the debt capital markets team efforts in share repurchase strategy, interest rate hedging, macroeconomic analysis and other projects
• Coordinate data collection and provide the analysis needed to issue updated rate guidance for the business
• Learn and support Constellation’s market risk management strategy and execution
• Attend meetings with external and internal business partners to learn and understand current and future market trends and their impacts to Constellation
• Use Bloomberg to support market data research, perform risk analysis, and assist in streamlining efficiency
• Drive business results through collaboration with internal departments and external counterparties

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree candidate in Finance or Economics Strong working knowledge of finance, economics, and general business Experience/understanding of Bloomberg preferred Experience in financial modeling/business analytics is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Primary work environment is professional corporate office.

Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations.

The salary range for this role is: $19.00- $29.50 an hour This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
