Qualifications

• Undergrad major in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Preferred: three years completed in undergrad.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Proficiency with PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll processing and related tasks to ensure timely, accurate pay.
• Support ad-hoc payroll duties including pay calendars, government surveys, tax processing, amendments, and remittances.
• Assist period-close reconciliations and accrual adjustments.
• Document procedures and internal controls.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as assigned.
• Participate in intern events and leadership sessions.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities including customer statements, data management, and credit policies.

Job Description We offer a dynamic internship opportunity in the field of accounting and finance, designed to provide hands‑on experience across two critical functions: Payroll and Accounts Receivable. This role supports both teams on a variety of projects and daily operations, giving interns a unique chance to gain exposure to multiple areas within our Finance organization. Interns will collaborate with professionals across departments, develop a deeper understanding of financial processes, and contribute to initiatives that impact the company's financial health and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Under general supervision perform payroll calculation and processing activities to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately
• Perform and/or assist in the completion of ad-hoc general payroll responsibilities such as creation and publishing of a pay calendar, participation in government surveys, and completion of tax processing, amendments, and remittances
• Support all Payroll responsibilities required for period close, including reconciliations, and determine accrual adjustments as required
• Assist with documentation of procedures and controls
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned
• All Interns will participate in pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Goal Setting, Team Building Tour and Final Presentations
• Accounts Receivable Review customer financial statements to establish credit.
• Assist with customer data management.
• Assist with credit policies

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate major in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Preference: candidate completed three years of undergraduate studies
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency with personal computers and associated word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
• Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time

The salary range for this role is: $18.00- $29.50 an hour This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
