Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Technology, or a related field.
  • Coursework in Process Improvement, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ months of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or visualization.
  • 3+ months of exposure to process automation or robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
  • 3+ months of experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support recommendations or decision-making.
  • 3+ months of experience creating reports, dashboards, process maps, or presentations through academic projects, student organizations, research, or internship experience.
  • 3+ months of experience participating in process improvement, continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing process changes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation within PEX systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support the coordination and execution of process optimization projects.
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process automation solutions based on business needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support process improvement recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and discussions to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support Process Excellence objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Using structured improvement methods, data, and change management to reduce waste, errors, cost, and cycle time while improving quality and outcomes.
