Responsibilities

• Maintain chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding.
• Implement and document internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Automate manual processes through critical thinking and tax compliance.
• Carry the internship payroll run from gross calculation to filed tax deposit.
• Partner with department heads to track spending against approved budgets.
• Forecast headcount costs and coordinate with HR on compensation planning.
• Own the compensation accrual of $103,000 - $156,000 and the math behind every line.
• Generate ad hoc reports for finance leadership.
