• Budget Management: gain insight into managing customer budgets and forecasting to help meet objectives
• Promotional Evaluation: conduct ROI analyses and post-event evaluations to inform strategies

At Swire Coca-Cola, the Retail Account Management Intern, Convenience Retail helps manage key customer relationships within the convenience retail sector. This role is crucial for driving profit, volume, and revenue growth through strategic planning and collaboration. You will gain a deep understanding of promotional activities, consumer insights, and competitive positioning within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Joint Business Planning: You will help analyze space requirements and assist with the development of annual Joint Business Plans and agreements. This includes working with the field sales teams and other partners to ensure plan sign-ups and effective execution.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of pre-populated order adoption rates to identify success barriers and opportunities.
• Program Development: Collaborate with the Commercialization team to design incentives, custom programs, and point-of-sale materials that align with key business initiatives.
• Budget Management: Gain insight into managing customer budgets and forecasting to help exceed annual business objectives.
• Promotional Evaluation: Create and review promotional ROI analyses and conduct post-event evaluations to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Training & Development: Assist with updating training modules for Joint Business Plan requirements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May - August 2027)
