Job summary

BMW Group invites you to join its Sales & Marketing analytics team to transform data into smarter decisions. Build dashboards, prototypes and data-driven solutions across Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau, and AI in an international environment.

You will support reporting, automation of KPI reporting, dealer training coordination, and collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Risk, while pursuing a degree in Business or Data Science and gaining hands-on experience with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science or related fields.
• First experience with SQL, MS Access or other database models and/or Business Intelligence solutions.
• Analytical skills to understand and work with large data sets.
• High organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and analytics: Prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations to support business decisions.
• Automation and tool development: Implement and automate reporting for leads, portfolio development, and KPIs, while developing tools that enhance Sales and Marketing operations using Excel, AI, Power BI, Python, Tableau, and other technologies.
• Digitalization and systems: identify, prototype, and implement digitalization and AI use cases.
• Sales operations: Assist with the internal organization and day-to-day activities of the Sales department.
• Projects and collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams such as Operations, Finance, and Risk.
• Dealer training: Support the coordination and administration of dealer-training processes.
