Job summary

Gooseneck Implement in Minot, ND is seeking a seasonal part-time team member to support the sales department and learn about equipment solutions. You will participate in project assignments centered around dealership sales activities and assist with promotions.

The role includes training in sales, parts, and service, plus shadowing staff to gain hands-on experience in various dealership roles during the summer of 2027.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an agricultural-related role (sales, service, parts, or training).
• Proficient with database software and Microsoft Office; comfortable with internet tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project assignments centered around sales-related activities at the dealership.

• Delivers and/or assists with promotional events.

Summer 2027: May – August. This is a temporary part-time position with the potential to transition into a part-time role based on business needs and the candidate performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participates in project assignments centered-around sales-related activities at the dealership.


• Involved in training relative to sales, parts and\/or service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in an agricultural-related role with involvement in activities such as sales, service, parts, training or other related work.


• Knowledge of database software, computer application systems and ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.


• Solid oral and written communication skills.


• Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary education program
