Labcorp is seeking a Molecular Genetics Intern to join our Research and Development Team located in Durham, NC. Work Schedule: M‑F / 40hrs per week.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or Biomedical Science

The Research and Development Department at RTP supports Laboratory Operations and Clinical Departments through comprehensive assay development, validation, and troubleshooting. Our team also actively collaborates on projects, driving innovation and operational excellence across the company.

Internship Details
  • Duration: 11 weeks, full‑time
  • Dates of Internship: June1,2027 — August13,2027
  • Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
  • Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec2027 through June2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
