The Hagerman Group in Louisville, KY is seeking an Intern Project Estimator to join our estimating team. You will gain hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for commercial construction projects.

You'll review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, and learn preconstruction fundamentals in a collaborative setting. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in construction management or civil engineering who want to turn study into tangible

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial construction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The Project Estimator Internwill work alongside our estimating team to support the preparation of accurate and competitive bids for commercial construction projects. This role provides hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, subcontractor outreach, and cost analysis while learning the fundamentals of preconstruction and estimating in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
