Responsibilities

• Apoyar en la gestión y mejora del calendario SRM y promover la integridad de datos.
• Apoyar la distribución de insights de inteligencia de mercado y asegurar integridad de datos.
• Contribuir a la gestión de datos, generar informes y analizar para apoyar decisiones.
• Desarrollar y aplicar un proceso con Power Automate para obtener insights de inteligencia de mercado.

Job description

**Descripción del Puesto de Trabajo** * Paid internship in the Constellation Brands Beer Division (CBBD) based in the Chicago, IL office.* Estimated timeframe – late May through early August (12 weeks).* Internship will consist of training and impactful project work supporting the various functions under Procurement, with the opportunity to learn about various areas of the broader Beer Division Supply Chain, Beer organization, and external stakeholders.* Support Global Procurement on various business process improvement projects & KPI development and tracking. The Intern will be exposed to aspects of procurement, logistics, operations, and quality through a weekly organized schedule of project work that is managed by their direct supervisor, with guidance from the COE Procurement leadership team. Example projects include: * Assist in managing and improving the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) calendar, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, and Copilot.* Support the distribution of market intelligence insights and ensure data integrity.* Troubleshoot technology-related issues within the procurement department.* Contribute to data management efforts, generate reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.* Develop and implement a Power Automate process to assist category leaders in gaining insights from market intelligence.* Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations, and Rotation Days to learn about other areas.**Qualifications** * Must have completed junior year of a Bachelor's program* Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or Business.* Minimum GPA of 3.0.* Must be at least 21 years of age.* Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets, and knowledge of presentation and word processing software.**Knowledge/Skills** * Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to operate effectively as a single contributor or as part of a larger team.* Applies own talents to work assignments yet asks for and uses feedback to expand competencies in the current job to improve performance.
