The program is designed to give interns end‑to‑end ownership of a defined project or business problem whenever possible, from understanding the need and building a workplan to executing the work, gathering input, and sharing outcomes or recommendations. • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
  • Available for the full Summer 2027 internship program.
  • Able to work onsite at our South Edmeston, New York manufacturing facility.
  • Completed or currently completing coursework in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, or other relevant process engineering fundamentals.
  • Foundational understanding of fluid and mechanical systems, including concepts such as flow, pressure, energy and mass balances, pumps, piping, or equipment.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to analyze technical problems and evaluate potential solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship, work, research, or project experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or another process‑oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on exposure to piping, pumps, fluid‑handling systems, manufacturing equipment, or maintenance.
  • Experience reading or working with P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams, or other engineering drawings.
  • Interest in process optimization, manufacturing, fermentation, capital projects, or equipment troubleshooting.
