Job summary

Acxiom in Conway, Arkansas offers an internship with the Legal team to work on employment-related legal and compliance matters, consulting with teammates on various initiatives.

The internship starts January 11, 2027 and is based in our Conway, AR office. Interns work onsite at least 3 days per week, with about 20–25 hours weekly during the school year and up to 40 hours during academic breaks. Applicants must have US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Job description

This position will work on a variety of employment-related legal and compliance matters as part of the Legal team. The position will consult regularly with various teammates and internal stakeholders. Areas of responsibility include: employment-related legal research, assisting with employee relations matters (including investigations and dispute resolution), third-party services contracts and various aspects of compliance with federal, state or local employment laws. This position will work on a variety of employment-related legal and compliance matters as part of the Legal team. The position will consult regularly with various teammates and internal stakeholders. Areas of responsibility include: employment-related legal research, assisting with employee relations matters (including investigations and dispute resolution), third-party services contracts and various aspects of compliance with federal, state or local employment laws.

Internship Details: The internship will begin January 11, 2027. This internship is based in our Conway, Arkansas office, and interns are expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week. Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks. Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027. Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).
