The BOLT (Building Opportunities & Learning Together) Intern Program is Kinder Morgan’s elite summer internship program. What You Will Do
BUISINESS UNIT

The Land and Right of Way Department, a part of Kinder Morgan’s Operational Support Group (OSG), provides vital services to keep our pipeline and infrastructure projects running smoothly. Within this group, the Land and Right of Way Finance Team manages the financial aspects of acquiring and maintaining land rights, easements, and agreements needed to build and operate our assets. The team focuses on accurate cost tracking, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement to support safe and reliable operations across Kinder Morgan’s network.

Position Description

As an OSG BOLT Intern, you will work side-by-side with experienced team and network with other interns, building connections, and learning vital company practices, procedures, and on-the-job training. Activities will include supporting the Land and Right of Way Department with tasks related to the financial aspects of acquiring and maintaining land rights, easements, and agreements needed to build and operate our assets. At the end of the BOLT internship, the intern will be required to present a summary of their summer to the management of the department. This will be an opportunity for the intern to demonstrate what they have learned throughout their internship and provide insight on their experience to senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
