Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a motivated Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) Intern for a 12-week May 2027 start in Stuart, FL. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in problem-solving, process optimization, and innovative manufacturing solutions within a dynamic aerospace environment.
Responsibilities include supporting kaizen workshops, assisting in equipment design, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement Pursuit production system. Onsite hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in and supporting kaizen workshops to implement the Pursuit production system. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in problem‑solving, process optimization, and innovative manufacturing solutions within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.
Stuart, Florida - Onsite. Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
This internship does not include relocation assistance, housing accommodations, or transportation support. Interns must secure their own reliable housing and transportation for the duration of the program.
