Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join the IT Operations Instrument Configuration team in Indianapolis, IN for a 12-week paid internship. The role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

You will assist in the CLS Full Lab IT Audit and support the Indianapolis Lab move project while gaining exposure to Cybersecurity, Networking, Architecture, Vendor Management, Testing Enablement, and

• Interest in chemistry, biology, or related lab sciences.

• Show initiative and ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the Team

The IT Operations Instrument Configuration team is responsible for the successful deployment and onboarding of laboratory systems, PCs, and instrument controllers across our global laboratory network. We coordinate and drive collaboration among Cybersecurity, Networking, Architecture, Vendor Management, Testing Enablement, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of laboratory technologies. Our team ensures that all solutions are deployed securely, compliantly, and efficiently, enabling laboratory operations and supporting studies across our worldwide facilities.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks, full‑time
• Dates of Internship: May 24, 2027‑August 13, 2027
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
