Labcorp is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern to join our Finance Team located in Burlington, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Work Schedule

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM-5:00 PM / 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives.

About The Team

The Finance Team partners with business and technology stakeholders to support business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, and technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will gain exposure to requirements gathering, project delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with business leaders, IT leadership, development teams, testing teams, and other stakeholders. The role also provides opportunities to explore how emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), can be used to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2027 - August 13, 2027
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
