Job summary

Strategic Investment Group seeks rising seniors for a 2027 Summer Internship (June 7–August 13, 2027) in Arlington, VA. You will rotate through asset classes, support research projects, and gain exposure to client portfolio management.

The program emphasizes mentorship, technical growth, and professional development in a collaborative, inclusive environment with housing and travel stipends provided. Arlington office offers access to DC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting.
• Strong academic record; GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Interest in investments and markets; able to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Work on client portfolios across asset classes during rotations.
• Assist with research, data gathering, and presenting insights to the team.
• Participate in meetings and support investment analysts in day-to-day tasks.

Compensation

The 2027 hourly pay rate for this position is listed below. Compensation will be paid based on hours worked and in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws, including overtime requirements where applicable. This role is FLSA non-exempt.

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour (annualized equivalent $83,200)

Housing Assistance Stipend: $2,000

Travel Stipend: Up to $450
