Job summary

Nassau Financial Group in Hartford, CT offers a 10-week summer internship focused on marketing and innovation. You will research startups, create social media content, and devise a fresh marketing strategy for three podcasts: That Annuity Show, Prime Life, and Re/Imagine.

You’ll use analytics tools to measure performance and help shape campaigns. You will assist with video production, events, and present insights to leaders to drive campaigns from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials (brochures, posts, visuals).
• Develop marketing campaigns and fresh story ideas for channels.
• Provide onsite event support during activities.
• Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and project management tasks.
• Experience across social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research startups to inform campaigns.
• Create content for social media platforms.
• Develop and test fresh podcast marketing strategies.
• Analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and MA tools.
• Present insights to leaders and help launch approved campaigns.
