Job summary

The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center seek qualified candidates for the position of Game Entertainment Intern.

The primary responsibility is to assist Blue Note Productions with in-game entertainment duties. This paid, hourly internship provides hands-on experience in a professional sports and entertainment setting, including script editing, pre-game preparation, and on-site support for the Game Presentation team during Blues home games.

Qualifications

  • Open to college juniors, seniors and grad students.
  • Desire to gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication and professionalism.
  • Must be able to lift or carry heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in execution of in-game elements
  • Take part in pre-game preparation, in-game implementation, and post-game duties to effectively complete assigned tasks
  • Assist with game script creation including copy editing, fact-checking and distribution.
  • Promptly relay and communicate any and all information to the members of the Game Presentation team if any problems/changes to scripted elements occur.
  • Prep, manage, and store all props and materials that will be used during the course of the game.
  • Support Blue Note Productions staff during home games.

Job description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in execution of in-game elements

Hours/Time Commitment
  • This position is primarily game nights. Candidates should be available for most, if not all, of the '26-'27 Blues home games.
  • Requires availability to work weeknights and weekends, in addition to a minor amount of normal business hours.
  • Flexible; 15-20 hours per week.
Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift or carry heavy equipment.
