Job summary

Midland States Bank is seeking a Financial Services Cloud Admin - Salesforce Intern in St. Louis, MO for Summer 2027. The intern will assist the Salesforce team with support, development, testing, and project work while gaining exposure to how Salesforce supports Midland’s lines of business and data flows.

This paid internship runs 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with guidance from a coach. Applicants should be enrolled in IT/CS/Data Analytics programs with at least two years

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree program with courses in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, MIS or related tech field, with at least 2 years completed.
• Salesforce knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Financial Services Cloud (FSC) functionality across Midland’s lines of business.
• Assist with Salesforce support queue, research and resolve user requests.
• Support data mappings and data flows between Salesforce and ETL team.
• Assist with smaller Salesforce enhancements, development work, testing and defect resolution.
• Participate in development, testing and team meetings.
• Shadow Salesforce team members to learn platform areas and integrations.
• Complete assigned project work with a coach's guidance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations including BSA.
