FedEx offers an internship where you will work on projects that provide real-world experience in your field of study. You will present long-term solutions impacting business and customer experience, participate in networking events, and perform other duties as assigned.

There is no required prior experience, and you will work in a hybrid setup in Memphis, TN. The position requires enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a quantitative field and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or other quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to create quantitative models to support operational performance and decision-making
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into business narratives

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.

Additional Details:

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
