The role emphasizes teamwork, event participation, and performing other duties as assigned. Eligible candidates are current students or recent graduates with a 3.0+ GPA in business or related disciplines, seeking hands-on experience with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI.

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree: Business Degree or related discipline.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to work productivity and productively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Analytical/problem-solving skills; strong communication; Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; Power BI a plus; organization and time management; interest in supply chain, logistics, operations or customer solutions. Gain exposure to Global Solutions and Sales, analyze business processes, support customer transitions and supply chain improvements, and collaborate on projects that strengthen customer satisfaction and business growth.

Pay Transparency:

Undergraduate interns earn $25/hour; graduate interns earn $30/hour. This is a remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates in Plano, TX, or Memphis, TN. Candidates outside these markets are also eligible and encouraged to apply

Pay:

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on undergraduate or graduate status.

Additional Details:

Summer 2027 Internship: 40 hours/week, June 7–August 13. Resumes must include contact details, university, degree, major, GPA and graduation date. Internship sponsorship is unavailable. Full-time exempt sponsorship may be available but is not guaranteed.
