• Assist with eligibility determinations for Economic Assistance programs such as SNAP or Medicaid.
• Communicate with customers, verify collateral information, and enter data into the computer system.
• Determine eligibility based on program rules, regulations and policies; refer to state, federal and local resources as needed.
