Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions including Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Job Summary

The intern will work with business and technology team on projects involvingMicrosoft Copilot Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other3rd-party tools. The role combines technology, business analysis, and process improvement to help modernize how work gets done across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwith the design, development, testing, and deployment ofdigital solutions including:
• Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Applications with Power Apps.
• Automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders toidentifyautomation and AI use cases.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
