Job summary

BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, is offering a Spring 2027 part-time CRM internship with Rolls-Royce. You will support the CRM Team, maintain data in Salesforce, analyze customer trends, and develop dashboards while contributing to events and email campaigns.

Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, have US work authorization, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and at least 60 credits. Part-time schedule (20–29 hours/wk) and in-office hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US work authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work part-time (20–29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, data entry and enrichment in Salesforce.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Sustain and develop CRM performance dashboards.
• Support lead conversion by reviewing lead progression and curating an actionable plan to prevent drop-off.
• Create PowerPoint presentations on event results and customer insights.
• Support a strategic email calendar aligned with regional events and launches.
• Conduct research and support CRM best practice development.

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

Support the CRM Team for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America.

• Maintain CRM data quality, data entry and enrichment in Salesforce.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Sustain and develop CRM performance dashboards.
• Support lead conversion by reviewing lead progression and curating an actionable plan to prevent drop-off.
• Create PowerPoint presentations on event results and trending customer insights.
• Support a strategic email calendar, integrating regional events and launches with nurture, conversion and loyalty strategies, informed by the wider luxury and automotive landscape.
• Conduct research and support CRM best practice development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited College or University.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Field of Study: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Marketing with a CRM Concertation or similar.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference:
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
