The CRC Group internship program offers 8- to 10-week development and application experience for college students interested in insurance. Interns will explore the insurance industry, learn about CRC Group’s structure, and gain exposure to leadership, teamwork, and professional networking.
Participants will undertake projects, complete prescribed training, and receive feedback while supporting departmental goals and daily workflows within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

During this internship, interns will explore the insurance industry as well as the Truist Insurance Holdings organization as a whole and the unique way each specific entity contributes to the overall success of the organization. Interns will gain general insurance and business insight, experience the organization's culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting the organization's goals. Interns will also continue to develop leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Interns work with various teammates in various entities to expand knowledge of Insurance.

The annual hourly wage for this position is $22.00.
