Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in projects related to Corporate or Business Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or Business and Data Analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions for the Texas power grid and wholesale market challenges.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support business initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly by synthesizing information from multiple sources.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Public Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher in an academic bachelor's or postgraduate degree program.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curious and willing to learn new frameworks and tools.
• Interest in strategy, process improvement, or quality management.
• Preferred: Exposure to continuous improvement or quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
• Preferred: Interest or experience in communications, content creation, or instructional design.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Power BI.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027, running from early June through the second week of August.
• Interns will work on-site in Taylor, TX at least two days per week or more as needed based on business requirements.
