About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (copy of most recent transcript required).
• Available to work a 32-hour work week for 13 weeks between May and August in Jacksonville, FL.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary for professional positions determined based on education, licenses, certifications, skills, experience, and alignment with similar roles within the organization.
• Starting hourly rate for positions with a pay step plan will be Step 1 of the corresponding union contract.
