Job summary

Halff is seeking a Civil Intern in our Dallas office for Summer 2027. The Civil Engineering Intern will help with a variety projects.

Interns are paid hourly and work full-time (40 hours/week), typically 8a-5p Monday through Friday. Halff does not pay for housing for Internships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree
• Great communication skills
• Solid relationship and team building skills

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer

• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
