Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Formulation Science.
• Strong understanding of surfactants and cleaning formulations preferred.
• Experience with laboratory testing and safe handling of lab equipment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex technical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and evaluate cleaning product formulations using surfactants and specialty ingredients.
• Support customer projects, technical service activities, and business growth initiatives.
• Create prototype formulations and document testing results for marketing and customer briefs.
