The Intern Case Supervisor is a developing clinical leader who has completed or is nearing completion of the educational and certification requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is working toward independent licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Working under the close supervision of a BCBA/LBA, the Intern Case Supervisor supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients receiving ABA services. This role provides an opportunity to strengthen clinical leadership skills, gain supervised experience, and prepare for advancement into a BCBA position after obtaining all required certification and licensure.
This is a supervised developmental position and does not independently perform duties reserved for a BCBA or LBA. Clinical recommendations, treatment‑plan changes, formal supervision, and other restricted activities must be reviewed or completed by the supervising BCBA/LBA as required.
Continued employment in this position may require demonstrated progress toward BCBA certification and LBA licensure. Upon obtaining the required certification and license, the employee may be considered for advancement into a BCBA position based on performance, organizational need, and successful completion of all credentialing requirements.
At DEPS, you’ll be supported as you take the next step in your clinical career. You’ll receive meaningful mentorship, hands‑on leadership experience, and opportunities to build the skills needed to become a confident and effective BCBA. You’ll join a collaborative team that values compassionate care, professional growth, partnership, and purpose‑driven accountability.
