Job summary

DEPS, a pediatric ABA provider, seeks clinicians to join our family-centered and integrated care team. We use a naturalistic, child-led approach to support growth and learning. We aim to expand services for more families in the community.

We offer a flexible schedule including work-from-home opportunities, a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 with a $10,000 annual bonus, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401K. Master’s/BACB/AZ licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) certification is required.
• Licensed or licensure eligible to practice in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and treatment planning.
• Monitor progress and base decisions on data.
• Provide guidance to families and supervise staff as needed.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Essential Functions

• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
• Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
• Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
• Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
• Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
• Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
• Cover direct sessions if needed
• Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements

• Masters Degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
• Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
• Pass required background checks
• Possess a fingerprint clearance card
