Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites you to join as a Clinical Leader Intern, a hands-on role designed to develop future clinical leaders in ABA. You will assist in implementing treatment plans across home, school, and community environments under supervision, while preparing for advanced leadership tracks.
Starting pay is hourly and based on experience. The program includes tuition support, paid training, and structured mentorship to grow toward BCBA-track responsibilities.
Your First Step Into Clinical Leadership in ABA This isn’t just an entry-level role — and it’s not quite a full supervisory position either. It’s a hands‑on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders. At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.
