Job summary

BMW of North America is seeking an Intern, Business Analyst Eastern Region for Spring 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The role is a 29-hour per week hybrid internship from January 11, 2027 to May 14, 2027 with pay during undergraduate and graduate levels.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited degree program, U.S. work authorized, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The position includes data reporting, presentation preparation, and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 overall.
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours.
• Ability to work part-time (29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with application.

Responsibilities

• Research, data mine, and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
• Prepare business presentations for internal meetings, including Market and Business Reviews and Marketing Meetings.
• Validate the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and presentations.
• Manage communications across departments to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of presentations.
• Contribute ideas to improve reporting processes, automation, or data visualization techniques.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university through the duration of the internship program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work part-time (29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Field of Study: Communications or Business.
• Business fluent English.
• Demonstrated strong on or off-campus leadership role.
• Experience in tracking progress/performance and analyzing trends to determine what areas of improvement are needed.
• Proven problem solver, capable of trouble shooting issues and finding ways to improve effectiveness.
• Demonstrated strong ability to focus on customer experience via management of various stakeholders.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
