Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is offering an Intern – AI Engineer for Summer 2027. You will design, build, test, and optimize AI agents and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure, while connecting to enterprise data sources.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a BS or MS in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or related fields, with experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS in CS, SE, Data Science or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL and basic data management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: design, build, test, and optimize AI agents and conversational AI experiences.
• Data & Systems Integration: connect AI solutions to enterprise data sources and support RAG.
• Process Automation: develop automated workflows with Power Automate and related tech to reduce manual work.
• Analytics & Value Measurement: create dashboards and measure adoption and business impact.
• Documentation & Change Enablement: document architecture and create user guides and enablement content.
