Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills; experience with Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
• Experience through coursework, projects, internships, or co-ops is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and testing of AI-powered agents, automation workflows, and supporting technologies; collaborate with internal teams and a third-party vendor.
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to automate service contract processes and improve scalability.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces and admin tools; create documentation and knowledge transfer materials for future support.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives with stakeholders.
