Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Intern, Accounting for Summer 2027 in the South Florida offices (Port of Miami, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios). The program is hybrid: in-person Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays, running May 31 to August 6.

Applicants should have permanent US work authorization and be enrolled in an accounting degree program with graduation planned for December 2027 or May 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
• Previous experience in related areas

About the Department:

The Accounting Department is our financial backbone, ensuring every dollar - from cruise fare sales to onboard purchases and more – is accurately recorded, reported, and regulated. It’s a vital function that keeps the company financially healthy and compliant and helps support strategic decisions. Our business has unique complexities like truly global operations (both in accounts receivable and payable), shipboard revenues, and capital-intensive assets that make this area especially challenging.
