Job summary

Terracon in the United States offers an internship and co-op program across geotechnical, environmental, materials engineering, and related services. You’ll work alongside professionals who live our core values, gaining exposure to field work, laboratory operations, testing, inspections and supporting engineering activities.

You will be ~60% through coursework, with mentorship and collaboration in a nationwide internship cohort that connects you with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, technical, or business-related fields.
• Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
• Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with Terracon’s values.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required

Job description

General Responsibilities:

Our internship and co-op program offer practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering, as well as the business functions that support these services. You’ll work alongside professionals who live our Core Values: Caring, Courage, Curiosity, Excellence Integrity, and Prosperity every day. Eligible Majors Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geological, or Construction Engineering; Biology; Geology; or other related technical or business fields.

We are looking for interns who are approximately 60% completed with their coursework who would like training in the Geotechnical and Materials Testing Departments. You will be exposed to Field Work, Laboratory Operation, Testing, inspections and Support Engineering Activities.
